Long time no blog!

ooh...so many things have happened recently...so many things to blog abt...where should i begin?
snuggie's an actor! check him out on the set of 刑警二人组, a new channel 8 drama starring apple hong and qi yu wu!

snuggie was quite 难搞! kept wanting to run away...the playful boy just wanted to play/chew/scratch poor ah wu and apple...frightened them quite a bit! haha...ah wu's reaction was quite funny...at one point when snuggie broke free from apple's hold, he dashed away and told her "good luck!"

my pets are celebrities!! hee! yuanyuan's featured in today's Straits Times Urban..haven't seen it! wanna see it! i'm a proud 星妈!

did something unusual recently. something grown up. went to view a show house. haha...not that i can afford it, it was just for fun and out of curiosity. but wow, i wouldn't mind living in a place like that some day man. the place is called The Oasis, somewhere near aljunied. costs at least 1.5 million for the smallest unit. but boy oh boy was the show house impressive! there's the spacious and bright living room, nice and clean kitchen, a basement level which looks like a small studio apartment on it's own, a lavish master bedroom with a five-star hotel bathroom (the toilet bowl is so high-tech! got so many buttons! i think it can wash ur butt too!), another bedroom with an attached toilet, and my favourite was the attic! it's like a whole new world up there...i imagined myself living in the attic, the balcony with pretty pots of flowers and a small tea-for-2 table and chairs, a book shelf in one corner accompanied by a comfy couch, a play area for snuggie and yuanyuan...and my 4-post bed tucked in the corner furthest from the floor to ceiling windows, which will allow maximum privacy and yet a splendid view of the sunrise...oh and the kind property agent even suggested we can install a lift within the house, so that we won't have to climb flight after flight of stairs when moving within the house...aah...the wonders of luxury living...one day...one day...maybe i'll own a place like that. after viewing the smaller showhouse, we went to view the bigger one for comparison. it's crazy. i actually laughed out loud when i saw how huge the living room and master bedroom and attic were. it's just too ridiculously huge for me. not like i haven't seen houses of reallie rich ppl, it's just that when i imagine myself living in one, all that extravagance seems so ridiculous and crazy...

man u beat burton 5-0! and nistelrooy played no part in that victory! yay!!

Project Play Pack

Except for making donations, i must admit, quite regretfully, that i haven't been doing much for charity since my uni days. finally had a chance today to play a small part in Project Play Pack, and it sure felt good to do good! :)

PPP is a collaborative effort by Mediacorp Radio and Mercy Relief to help restore normalcy in the lives of children affected by the earthquake in Pakistan, which caused massive destruction when it happened last Oct. More than 73, 000 lives perished and millions were displaced, and among them helpless children, many of whom are homeless and/or have lost their families.

You can do your part to help them :) just make your way down to bishan junction 8 level 3, Top of the 8 (sheltered outdoor atrium), between 11am to 7pm, from sunday 8th jan to tue 10th jan and support Project Play Pack. For just $10, you can pledge a play pack which contains toys and stationery for the children of Pakistan. these play packs will be delivered to them end feb, and will surely bring much joy to them admist the adversity. u can also personalise and design greeting cards for them, which will be attached to the play packs. other on-going activities include a photo exhibition and stage performances.

do show your kindness and generosity if you can...it's a joy to receive, and even greater joy to give. :)
